About Densofit Coaching
Densofit Coaching System has been created by Donna L. Moody, LICSW, a licensed independent clinical social worker, with extensive experience working with various populations and systems. Donna has developed a unique coaching model to help individuals transition out of systems that no longer serve them. While not therapy, Donna Moody’s therapeutic skills have been integrated into this coaching approach. Densofit Coaching is a culmination of years of practical experience and positive feedback from clients who found success using Donna’s goal mastery lessons. Written from a Christian perspective, the Densofit Coaching System is an empowerment tool intended for people of any gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, and belief system.
Donna hopes users will experience the same success that previous clients have had. The System is designed to
help individuals uncover and revitalize their buried goals, set new directions, and create determined visions for the
future. It consists of six lessons: Person, Goals, Family, Word, Consolidation, along with the creation of a Vision
Board. Donna assures users that these lessons will guide them toward achieving their desired goals, urging them
to trust in the process.
